The presence of two GE ports also allows you to provide redundancy for the upstream communication channel and thus get rid of a critical element, the failure of which may lead to the inability to access the wired infrastructure.
Operation in three bands (WA538 and WA536)
H3C’s innovative tri-band solution offers customers unrivaled 5 GHz + 5 GHz + 2.4 GHz connectivity density and exceptional performance. Combined throughput in the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands can reach 3 Gbps for the WA538.
These tri-band solutions are especially useful in environments with high user density, such as meeting rooms or large auditoriums.
Installing an access point in 3-5 minutes in just 5 steps (WA510H)
The access points for wall junction boxes are made according to the international standard for wall access points. Installation of the access point is carried out similarly to any other panels installed on distribution boxes. To do this, it is enough to complete only 5 steps, spending less than 5 minutes, which will significantly speed up the procedure for deploying a wireless network.
Simultaneous data transfer to several users, solving the problem of competition for airwaves
H3C’s WA500 series 802.11ac Wave2 access points support multi-user multiple antenna transmission and reception (MU-MIMO) technology, this This feature is a distinctive feature of wave2 access points. Thanks to MU-MIMO technology, the access point is capable of transmitting data simultaneously to several terminal devices. Depending on the number of streams processed by the terminals, H3C’s 802.11ac Wave2 series access points allow data to be simultaneously transmitted to multiple terminals in a single stream. This significantly improves data transmission efficiency, increases the number of users simultaneously connecting to the access point, and improves the quality of service from the end user’s point of view.

Dual IPv4/IPv6 protocol stack (standard IPv6 support)
H3C’s 802.11ac Wave2 series access points are fully IPv6 compatible and support dual IPv4/IPv6 protocol stacks. Existing IPv4 and IPv6 wired networks can be used in parallel and efficiently to register wireless networks on WX Series access controllers so that they do not function as isolated information silos.
Real-Time Spectrum Security (RTSG)
Real-Time Spectrum Security (RTSG) is H3C’s innovative software solution for professional wireless spectrum monitoring. H3C’s 802.11ac Wave2 series access points support built-in RF data acquisition to provide deeply integrated, real-time spectrum monitoring and protection.
The RTSG console is integrated into the iMC (intelligent Management Center) and provides data through the CAPWAP tunnel management system and sensor access points. This allows you to monitor the quality of the wireless network signal, track trends and generate notifications about unauthorized interventions in the mode 24×7: With active polling and RF interference detection (Wi-Fi or non-Wi-Fi) in each 2.4 GHz/5 GHz band, graphical display of real-time spectral density FFT plot, spectrum chart, occupancy map, event diagrams of spectrum, channel gain and interference gain. In addition, RTSG allows you to automatically identify the source of interference, detect the location of unauthorized equipment of the wireless network, maintaining its normal operating status at all times. In combination with the H3C iMC IAR (Intelligent Analysis Report) module, it can be used You can maintain a complete history of coverage quality in an area, including tracking and playback, and automatically generate custom trend reports, compliance reports, and audit reports.
Depending on the user’s wireless network monitoring requirements, the RTSG solution can be deployed in local mode or monitoring mode. In local mode, effective spectrum protection is implemented without affecting the normal connection of users and the transmission of data packets.
End Device Access Control (EAD) mechanism
H3C iMC End-user Admission Defense (EAD) combines network access security and endpoint security solutions to ensure that only wireless clients that meet mandatory corporate policy requirements can access the network security; this reduces threats from infected wireless clients and generally improves the security level of the wireless network. When working in conjunction with a security policy server, this solution can send reminders to users, isolate and disconnect them from the network if systems are infected or do not have the necessary update packages.
Remote data collection and analysis h3>
H3C’s 802.11ac Wave2 series access points can function as remote sensors and analyzers. They can capture Wi-Fi packets in the nearby airwaves and store them on a local device in real time for troubleshooting and analysis of optimization opportunities. Remote sensors can collect information on working channels or poll all channels, depending on the requirements for monitoring and maintaining a wireless network.
Anchor access controller mode
Anchor AC mode is designed for networks of any size, including small and medium enterprise networks. In anchor access controller mode, the access point can act as a virtual controller for the entire network. (Not supported on WA530, WA510H, WA560).

Smart Access Point Load Balancing
H3C’s 802.11ac Wave2 series access points feature an intelligent load balancer that distributes the load based on the number of concurrent users and traffic volumes. If a newly connected user exceeds the predefined load limit, the access point will check in real time the location of the wireless client, determine whether to provide access to this client through nearby access points with less load, and only reject the user’s connection if such access points are present. A distinctive feature of the H3C intelligent load balancing algorithm from existing load balancing mechanisms is that the user’s connection is rejected only if he is in an area of overlapping radio coverage from different access points, the user’s connection is not denied if the load limit is exceeded, but other access points not nearby. This ensures maximum wireless network capacity without the chaotic behavior of the load balancing algorithm.
Unified management of wired and wireless networks
The Wireless Service Manager (WSM) module in iMC provides Unified management of wired and wireless networks, allowing you to add wireless management functionality to your existing wired network management system. All WSM-based wireless networking products can be managed using an open management protocol.
WSM meets the requirements of a service-oriented architecture, is modular, easily expandable and evolves as network management requirements grow. It provides a web-based management system interface and a simple, user-friendly platform for wireless network administrators. When used in conjunction with other iMC modules, it offers dashboards for wireless network management, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, software version control, configuration management, and user access management.
